Now that the Supreme Court in a major boost to the Modi govt has given a green signal, the only Qs that remains: should the fund come under RTI and a CAG audit? Does a fund controlled and managed by govt deserve to be publicly scrutinised? Not needed says the court , yes says the oppn and RTI activists.
