This week, the political headlines have been dominated by Rahul Gandhi’s questioning by the ED.. with Congress workers and leaders protesting across the country. RG at ED Boon or Bane is this week’s Straight Bat. I am not going to go into the legal merits of the ED case.. will leave that to the Subramanium Swamys and Abhishek Manu Singhvis to slug it out. Instead, I will give 5 general observations on the issue that explore the politics of the case.
