JD(U)’s strongman Nitish Kumar will return as the CM of Bihar for the third time, nine months after he quit the post, following a rout in the Bihar polls. He will be assuming office on Sunday. This comes in after Manjhi resigned before an important trust vote could take place in the assembly.
